Pad mentioned an addon where you can hover over a player and see their level, spec, etc. What is the name of the addon por favor?

TipTac ^^
Formerly known as TipBuddy
There are then TipTac plugins you can grab that do extra things
(for instance seeing there spec is a Plugin).
I recommend downloading Curse Client,
its a free program that helps you locate, update, download and install supported addons.
The free version only lets you download and install 1 mod at a time,
which for most is all you will ever need.

Thank you kindly, I misheard "click" - and I must respectfully decline downloading the curse client - they abandoned Vanguard in their time of need, and stopped hosting anything Vanguard related. I'm a bit miffed at them atm... so I will download addons the old fashioned way.

Gladiator(I think that's the one?) and a couple of other similar addons do this (with functionality working on and off) but they're pretty arena specific.
