Just ignore the annoying french throughout it, it's the best video I could find of the television spot.
Supposedly some anti-war creation. Might've overdone it a bit, methinks. Apparently enraged many a parent in Belgium, and sent quite a few children off in tears too.
Still, I thought it was quite funny ^^ but that's just me

The things you learn on the internet. Still, guess it shouldn't surprise me. I think most of the cartoons from when I was young were written by crack-heads.

It's hard to read (especially the bottom part) the message at the end since the quality is so bad but I believe it reads "Don't let war destroy the childrens universe" or "the universe of children".
I'd translate what they are saying but I can't find my headphones so I can't turn up the volume enough to hear clearly what they are saying since it's so late at night here.
