Re: Neocron 1 revival
Wow that brings back memories. NeoCron was my first real MMO and online gaming experience, prior to that my online gaming was limited to Freespace/ FS2. 500 people was the server population. Hard learning curve, no hand holding, law enforcement chips to separate PvE and PvP players but all on the sa...

Re: Procedural Planetry
Looking good. I think they needed to show off something like that as Elite Dangerous Horizon has been rolled out with planetary interaction. (which I've not personally played ... yet, and can't therefore give an accurate comment). Anyway as Alpha 2.0 has now hit the servers, I'll be hitting that up ...

Re: Hamill on Stuff
It is a great interview.
Have you seen its companion piece, an interview with Sandi Gardiner, and the interview with Gary Oldman.
The quality of actors involved in Squadron 42 is amazing.

Received Alpha 2.0 playtest invite today.
As the title mentions I've received my Alpha 2.0 playtest invite.
Anyone else testing yet?
If so we should try and meet up.

Cheers MS,
Currently having fun playing tag with the Deathclaw in Concord.
And I agree wholeheartedly that people should try Witcher 3.

Fallout 4
Picked up Fallout 4 today and started having a dabble.
Interesting intro, nicely different from Fallout 3.
Anyone else started playing and have you any impressions?
Cheers

Re: Knights of the Fallen Empire
Okay I have now played through to Chapter 9. Storyline is interesting but won't mention any more and spoil it. Having the initial class companions removed makes your ship seem awfully empty and quiet. Currently my Bounty Hunter Ship is home to me and my trusty HK-51 'protocol' droid ;) Looking forwa...

Re: Knights of the Fallen Empire
Further to my previous post I have now checked out crafting and the implemented changes. The biggest changes as far as I can see are that all world item vendors have been removed, the specific armours/ items are now manufactured and all manufactured armours are now adaptive by default. Cybertech - n...

Re: Knights of the Fallen Empire
Just a heads up for anyone interested, Knights of The Fallen Empire early access began yesterday. There has been a complete overall to companions and character stats. Companions skills and strength increases automatically, armour is merely for cosmetic effect and have no impact on the companions sta...

Re: Knights of the Fallen Empire
Just finished the Agent storyline and I must admit that so far I've enjoyed the non-force user storylines more. Time to finish off the Inquisitor, then work on Republic. @ Anny, it may be worth jumping on the last week or so before the new content as Knights of the Fallen Empire is designed for a le...

Knights of the Fallen Empire
In anticipation of the new content due for release in October I have started dabbling again. They currently have an Epic XP bonus in place so that you can level a toon just by doing the class quests. I'm attempting to use this opportunity to get through classes I wouldn't have normally touched. (Smu...

Re: Ships you're aiming to get
Exploration maybe?? I wasn't planning on getting any more Super Hornet Freelancer (standard) Cutlass Blue Constellation (Andromeda) plus Merlin Redeemer plus starter ship (Mustang) Seems enough for me ;) Although if I could have justified it I'm sure an Idris would have been sat in near orbit :) Onc...

Re: STR Store
Thanks for the info MS. I'm associated with a couple of organisations where bespoke merchandise in small numbers may be very favourable. (Scouts and Band) I'll point them to our store as an example and see what they think. Once again a great job and I'll just go and buy myself a new mug (at the very...

Re: Release Schedule?
Glad to hear it MS,
I was concerned with the delay but not overly as the game is being built in a crytek engine (if slightly modified)
and that engine is fairly common in the FPS genre.
Cheers

Re: STR Store
Excellent Job MS
A couple of questions if you don't mind me asking.
1. How long did it take you to set up the store?
2. Is there anyway of having front and back logos on the same item with the two logos being different?
I.e. star on the front with web address on the back?
Cheers

Steam unlocked my game at around 11pm last night, so i managed to play through the introduction section before hitting the sack.
I'll definitely be spending a few hours with it tonight.

Re: Joysticks??
Finally shelled out for a X55, this thing is huge, I was expecting it to be larger than my last stick, but when you factor in the throttle it is big. And thus based on the X55 I have to believe BDs' X65 is straight out of the space shuttle!!! MS do you have a Star Citizen Schema you would be prepare...

Specialisation / Discipline bye bye Hybrid
Anyone played SWTOR recently? I jumped in to see what the latest was and hit the tweak to the specialisation trees, i.e. no trees!!! I realise that these changes have been in game awhile but it the first time I have come across them. You just pick a specialisation discipline and certain active and p...
