Once a year, the druids of Moonglade open their doors to all in celebration of their city's great triumph over an ancient evil, Omen. During the days of the fest, Omen begins to stir again, giving peoples of all races and levels of experience a chance to participate in the battle themselves. Celebrants can also join in the fun by honoring their elders, remembering their wisdom, feasting, and shooting off fireworks! Learn more about this festival at our new Lunar Festival page.

This morning the WarCry network hosted a live devchat with some of the Blizzard Developers with approx 1700 people present to watch & submit their questions.
Few highlights include:
-Cross server BG's
-Epic 5-Man instance sets
-Outdoor PvP objectives

Tomorrow's regularly scheduled maintenance will begin at approximately 3:00 AM Paris time in order to apply a minor patch. This patch adds content for the upcoming holiday festivities in Azeroth! You can review all of the changes contained in patch 1.8.4 here.

Big Congrats to all of the SSX & GoE for yesterday evening, we have now downed Razorgore the Untamed, the first boss in the 40 man raid instance - Blackwing Lair.
(Once again, for all non WoW players - Blackwing Lair is the next level up from the Molten Core, hardness wise. Molten Core being the other 40man instance that we have already fully cleared.)

Yarrr!!, the SSX & GoE have just downed Ragnaros this evening for the very first time. For non WoW players: Ragnaros is the very last boss (#10) in the 40 man endgame raid instance - The Molten Core.

The Gates of Ahn'Qiraj will house two massive, unique dungeons - the Ruins of Ahn'Qiraj, a 20-man raid dungeon, and the Temple of Ahn'Qiraj, a 40-man raid dungeon....
-Linked Auction Houses,
Planned for launch in patch 1.9, players will discover that they can buy and sell goods with greater effectiveness using the highly anticipated Linked Auction House System. Alliance players will find that the Auction Houses in Ironforge, Stormwind City, and Darnassus Auction Houses will now share the same pool of player-created auctions.
Also - Multiple Battlegrounds Queues, Paladin Talent Update, New Armor Models. & lots more.
