We've talked about it, and we have come to decide to open recruitment again. Opening it up now, will mean alot of work for me, Mipross, and others involved in this, our class leaders for example. So you guys have to be patient with us.

For starters, we'll be inviting like before. A post on the forums, an interview, and then a decision.

Starting off, we'll keep this to friends and family, everyone gets a chance to apply, but everyone goes through the same procedure. No one is guaranteed a spot, or automaticly denied.

Basicly, me and Mip and a CL will have a chat with them, and maybe some more. The system won't be perfect from start, and we have an idea of a system we'll try to finnish, to get the whole guild involved in the recruitment process. More about that later! :)

So, what will you guys have to do? Well, basicly, if ppl start asking you about recruitment, you'll do wise in pointing them to our website, or to me cuz I don't mind taking whispers, atleast for now :D Ava whispered words of wisdom to me warning about getting tons and tons of whispers.

Ppl applying need to have some sort of connection to SSX as said above, friends, family. We want ppl who come for the community, not just SSX WoW. Ppl that hang about forums, irc. Ppl that interact with all of SSX and not just us from the SSX WoW group.

Also, one major change is that we will bring back the recruitment forum, so we'll have all applications put up there again.

If you have any questions at all about recruitment, or feel unsure when someone is asking you about our recruitment status. Point them forward to me, Mipross.

Agree in full but i would keep this strictly for family and irl friends for the moment at least until the mods / CL get settled in with it.

But great decision - it is nice to have family members (if they are of SSX ethos ofc) together in the same guild.
