It's about that time of year again where people throw their names into a hat to be sacrifi....I mean nominated for the next year's SSX Arbiter.
I'm sure you all remember how to do this dance, but if you are new or are old and lost that wonderful thing called memory then here's the breakdown:
Someone toss name into arena
Someone else seconds the name tossed into the arena

Name gets listed under the nominees list
Cake
Simple, right?
Not really, because each nominee then has to fight the mighty Sarlacc in the hopes of not becoming an 8 year snack in the bowels of some desert nasty.
Wait, that's not how it works? Scratch that bit about the Sarlacc and the desert battle....guess I recalled that from some other time long long ago in that other place way yonder.
Anyways, someone says "ME", someone else goes "HIM", name gets listed. Anyone vouching for someone already receiving seconds will be ignored for failure to follow the rules and will need to bake cookies for everyone....except Anubis. He likes rocks.
After a week or two of all this crazy whackadoo excitement happens I'll go ahead and post up the Nominations thread for our potential overlords to laud over us their amazing awesome and why they need to be our annual badass.

I'll nominate MS. Also forgot to mention I'll not accept nominations this year. Wasn't my intention to get elected the previous year and I did it only to help provide variety in the candidates. Guess they do mean it when they say careful what you wish for.
