I would like to prune the forums, to reduce the database size.

I can prune topics that have not had responses for a year, it will not affect announcements or stickies (that I am aware of).

Any objections?

I don't see any need to keep "dead" threads open for longer than a year. Cleanse away!

No problem here if it needs to be done. :)

Yes it is getting big.. :)

Hence the problem with the nav manager.. I have no problems with the pruning.. Besides, The Ham Chronicles aren't even in our forum.. (so I was more trying to elude to a joke.. hahaha)

Can you give me a couple of days, there's a few posts in SSX WoW EU that I think would probably benefit the SSX WoW US peeps that would be effected by this..

The database is too big on a relatively small forum like this one? :weird:

Well, we don't just use the database for the forums ;) Take the technical details up with weenie boy.

Yes, I won't be doing anything till at least the weekend. It claims stickies, pollls and announcements are immune, as well as anything replied to.

I'll bump a bunch of threads grab all their links and shove'em in the tradecraft forum
