• ALL aid is to be sent on schedule. Even a ONE day delay will upset the next cycle of this deal.
• IN foreign aid, the day the offer is made counts.....not the day it is accepted. If i make a foreign aid offer on 10th July...and its accepted only on 12th July.....the date that counts is 10th July, and that aid slot will expire on 20th July.
• Sellers : NEVER buy more than 50 tech. You can simultaneously make ALL 5 AID OFFERS with just 50 tech in your nation. Even though the total aid offer will be 250 tech, you need not have 250 tech in your nation to do this. Once one of the buyers has accepted the aid offer, your nation will be left with 0 tech. Rebuy 50 tech and wait for another buyer to accept the aid offer.....and so on till all 5 aid offers are accepted.
• Buyers : Please check the sellers nations for AVAILABILITY of tech before accepting the aid offers. To keep all aid slots on schedule, sellers will make all aid offers simultaneously with only 50 tech in their nation. They might not have re-bought tech when you are ready to accept the offer....so ALWAYS check their nation for availability of tech before accepting the aid offer.

No we are not going with 6 sellers...the primary reason being that it gets complicated :P

So far i have cut it down to THREE reliable sellers, i will be filling in the other two from Nueva Vida or Neutrality Pact.

We do however need ONE buyer from SSX....one more buyer that is to complete the circle of 5 ......

so I had sent aid out early, and one of the people no longer on this list accepted between me sending it and you posting it there were buyer troubles. I had cancelled the others and only sent to the three remaining.

Which i guess is fine since I had 6 slots?

Also, Aramor is now a record 11 days late with my tech, and I just checked to find that he has deleted the reminder message I sent him forever ago. You need to get a leash on that one.

Yes, unless everyone else takes a day off the next rotation, he's just going to be late every time regardless. For the sake of cohesiveness, would it be better to ask everyone else to wait a day next time? Or would that just cause too much confusion?

Rasputin appears to have pulled out of the deal. He cancelled the aid delivery of cash I sent him. Any news?

He accepted my aid.

Beryne on the other hand has not.

He's 18 days inactive. I think we're losing him, doc.
