Looks like I have a hole in my current trade deal at NV. Anyone want to sell me some tech? 3 million now, delivery of 80 tech over the next 100 tech over the next 30 days, or as my aid slots are available.

Sadly my aid slots are full for the next 10 days.

Typo is my guess, 3mill buys 100 tech it seems, the 80 must be a mistake.

Wulfie registered at NV but that will take a while. She would be a great tech seller for you. It would help you both. I can go over the tech deals with her on Sunday (11/23) if you are interested.

3 million now, the tech when we get around to it. If my tech deal gets back on track at NV, I may not be able to accept the tech immediately.

Messiah, NV has offered my nation a tech deal for Dec 1 and 11. If you want to do this we can do it, but we need to do it today. I need to be able to let NV know if I will be available on Dec 1. I have already used one aid slot yesterday. If I do the trade with you, which I am willing to do, I iwll need to let NV know that I can't do the Dec 1 trade and will set it up for Dec 11 only. Well for a tech deal which I'm guessing you're doing the 3x3 deal, basically you'll need 3 aid slots open on those dates. One for them to send you the 3M and two for you to send the tech to the two nations. Most important is to try to send those tech out the same day you received the cash or as close as possible to the same day. The aid slot period begins from the day you sent the tech out, regardless of when the others approve it.

But you'll probably need to purchase a foreign ministry to have 5 aid slots before you can deal with Messiah and then NV. Since today's already the 24th, I think it won't be possible. My thoughts....
