Yes, this is my first real post on the forum. Yet, I felt it was necessary, (pause and tears) to overcome my posting shyness, to share this special message: Save a Coney!
For just seven copper a day, you can save a little coney of Middle Earth from becoming: Marinated Coney, Coney Pie, or Coney Pie Stuffed with Fish ( not yet served at fine restaurants, but there have been rumors).
Seven copper a day. That is less than a beer at The Prancing Pony or a Travel Ration for a summons.
Please....please....won't you help. (sniffles)

Bink has been demanding 10g a day to stop his wholesale slaughter of the little critters. Peeps probably need to Prancing-Pony-up more than 7 copper a day and go on the wagon for keeps to save a coney.

Friday ME 31, Thorin's Gate
We're not sure what happened to Bink, but he announced at a news conference early this morning just outside Thorin's Gate that he was giving up the mass slaughter of Coneys - effective immediately. When asked, "Why the change of heart, Bink?" The 3' 2" Hobbit mumbled, "No more Giant Coney Delight."
Anonymous sources close to Bink believe that he has been suffering from violent nightmares of a Giant Coney who continues to demoralize him even after Mariwen uses her battle rez.
As a part of his new kindness toward Coneys, Bink issued an IOU of 10 gold to the Save Bink from the Giant Coney Foundation (SB-GCF) in honor of the last Coney killed by his own daggers. Bink challenged all Middle-Earth citizens to donate to SB-GCF as well by offering a Gold-for-Gold Matching Contribution campaign.
"I will match every gold given to SB-GCF with a gold from my own purse! All gold must be given to me personally and I will donate the matching gold in the benefactor's name directly to SB-GCF."
Cutter Ironleaf was surprised by the sudden change but not shocked, "Yers! That Bink's a real giver. Dat burglar's always schemin' some get rich ting, but this time the joke b'is on him. He gonna give his own gold to dat SB-GCF just like Mariwen ask'd 'em to and get dem Coney lovers rich. Don't he know dat all Middle-Earth gonna be givin' gold to save 'em Coney "one at a time?" I'm a give a gold as soon as soon as de last of dem Coney Pies sell on my AH. Oh, and tanks, Bink!!! Dem pies b'is good eats!"
