Castlevania: Symphony of the Night had the most disturbing boss I have ever seen in a video game. Granfalloon, a writhing mass of bodies and such. Well today SotN was dethroned... Dragon Age now has the most disturbing boss.

Whiskey Tango Foxtrot.... The part leading up to this particular boss was disturbing, but when I saw it, I was mortified. It was horrifying.
