Congrats to Rah for winning the contest on both the Mercury and Terra servers. He killed the most GMs over the course of the contest and he won:

The belt is meant for a tank, and like QD's alredy said: For a tank that belt is the best you'll ever get. Plus how many people actually own one or ever have? Rah is what, the 2nd or 3rd person to get one? Pretty sweet prize if ya ask me, even if he can't wear it. There aren't that many people that can say they own a Zargerus belt. ;)

- Can't ever remember reading them promising to replace the new character models tbh. Though they did change quite a lot of the skins throughout closed beta, to get them to fit into the game more than they did to begin with.

The only difference I can see, is that they darkened the alpha on the skins :(

Still look really, really out of place compared to the old ones imo.

Strangely, it's the only thing stopping me from trying the game.

Some of them do look out of place still yep, though there is a few that do look pretty cool. I wish they kept little things like the monk cloaks as well, just updated them a bit rather than taking em out altogether. I loved those. :(

Sooo should not have read this thread. I had dreams last night about being a GenTank (which, as most of you know, I never got close to capping cause I felt it was too "boring") and flying that abomination of a carrier (the one where it took me 10 minutes to figure out that foward was really backward *sigh* ). I guess my mind never picked up the fact that there'd be no way I could fly that thing as a Tank.... Anyway, I think Rah was there along with MS and some copbot comes in driving a Chaincraft (the 3 ppl w/ gunner) and completely mows us down with the machine gun (I'd like to point out that Rah died first seeing how he was an APU at the time. :p ) I was friggin scared... Mostly cause this was in a real life perspective :lol:

You see, MS is rusty... he should come back ingame instead of letting Rah die...

BTW, I think this dream is your subconcious mind telling you that WoW is for 5 year olds obsessed with Lord of the Rings... and you should be back in the post-apocalyptic cyberpunk world.

Maybe one day i will come back after Paypal has been introduced, but Neocron isn't the same for me anymore, Its too dead.

The last weeks/month before i stopped playing and click2pay started messing me around were pretty boring. Hardly anyone in our faction was ever on - R2K were playing on Merc most of the time, Rangers wern't around that much at the time either. Exiles were prolly the most active clan in FA at the time.. So we had hardly any op fights, which was one of the things that was keeping me ingame.
It had been like that for about a month, just wasn't any fun anymore. Loggin in, seeing no1 on and logging straight back out again...
No decent content patches for weeks/months (?). A payment service which is f* awful, and i will never use again. Still non of the things promised with NC2 (player shops, item tracking, WoC..). Theme weeks seem to have come to a complete halt. NC population getting smaller and smaller...
Need i go on? :o

Not much fun for me tbh. It had only been SSX and our op wars that had kept me there for the last few months as it was. :(


I'd rather play WoW with its 1.5+ million subscribers - tons of people to play with, frequent content patches. A game that actually progresses and gets bigger, both with its community and the game its-self...


I'll see how NC is after the Int release and once paypal is available. If things are any better, i will renew my account/s again if i have the money. :)
