How do we keep in contact? Guildies need to stay in contact!

Ok, I think its time for us to come together, since we are a guild, we need to be in touch with each other, otherwise the lines of communication are weak hehe 
So what does everyone use for IM?
I go on the IRC but most people are AFK there and it gets teh boren'
