There is a plan to give player access to two talent specs to switch between them without having to respec all the time. More details in the future.
Also...
a few leaks from the Non-disclosure, this is about the 6th one posted in past 48 hours and the only one still working. I saw three of them on different sites and all are the same (at least on the Shaman end). Blizz is shutting them down as fast as they seem to be popping up (and banning a few accounts as well I would believe):

FTW!! That might just "fix" the entire PvP/PvE spec problems for pretty much every class, wouldn't it?
