Hiya

The hunter theorycrafter forums have been talking about a nice stats app called Wow Web Stats.
It's a damage, healing, tanking meter but it offers a good breakdown on individual abilities and stats vs a specific mob etc.

Here's the stats for friday's Kara run:
http://www.wowwebstats.com/2kjmrfjzgye31

If you click on your name, you can see stats for each of your attacks, hit and crit percentages and a lot of other stuff.
Plenty of stuff to click on. The above link should be live for a couple weeks.

It basically shows everything that sw stats show but instead of posting in game it goes to a web page or a log report.
Babydolly Frost Mage 70
Pocky Protection Pally 70

I didn't fall from grace, I dove.
What do you mean my halo is lopsided, it's balanced perfectly on my horns.

How does it work:

WoW actually has a built in combat log. You can turn it on or off using the /combatlog command. It is save to the Logs directory in the WoW program folder.

You do need to make some changes to your wow configuration files to increase the "range" that the combat log records for. Instructions to do this are on the www.wowwebstats.com site. These changes increase the distance at which the log records combat data. I increased my range from 40 yards to 200 yards in game, so any combat within 200 yards gets recorded.

Once youre finished a run, you run the wowwebstats client (also at that website) and it can read your combat log file and builds the whole web page for display.

Its a lot nicer than just a dps meter. It can tell you your actual crit and miss rates for each of your attacks or heals for example.

Give it a try or just view the hosted reports we've posted. They're good for 14 days on the wowwebstats site. :D

Stats for Kara on Nov 16, 2007:

Please note that I had some connection issues so the data may not be complete for all bosses.
But decent numbers nonetheless.
