I didn't have any problems installing. Everything is working well, so far...
I'm still enjoying the game even though it's just the Terran campaign. Brings back memories playing the first game

Installed last night and played the first 3 or 4 missions. The cut-scenes are really well done, the game play is just like the original and easy to slide right into, the graphics are great, and the ability to go back and play each mission on different settings for achievement points is a real plus. I am also really enjoying the soundtrack and all the little bits that produce depth to the story and characters when in places like JoeyRay's or the Hyperion. Also nice that Tychus is back.

Excellent game, can't wait for next part of the story to be released.
I thought it would end slightly different as well.

What it all comes down to is upgrading your CC so that you can start producing mules ASAP. 50 energy and they harvest much much more than the SVCs do and last 90 seconds. Then you start mass producing units and rush the opponent before they can do the same.

Yeah, that's probably good enough to land you into the silver league, provided he even wants to play Terran.

Sigh. Determined to play through single player on Brutal all the way... Getting a little tired of replaying each map 3+ times though...
Did a 2v2 with a bud of mine. Totally got dominated (it didn't help that I spent half my forces saving his base from Reapers).
Thanks for the strats link BD. Time to go commit my new build order to muscle memory.

Come on people, join me. Few reasons :
1. I can wipe your sorry arse all over the floor in multiplayer.
2. We can play as a team and have fun.
3. We can learn together and find new friends.
I've already given my ID number.
Or 4. You can't be bothered.

Here's a story for you.
I invited friends on another forum to join me online playing Starcraft 2. This one guy (who is a big-headed, big-mouth, gas-bag) said he's getting his so he's looking forward to having a skirmish with me so he can show me who's boss. Naturally and honestly, I told him no problem, just look me up online. I also told him that is what others say before I give them a beating, even if it's a 2vs1. He said I had a big mouth and said some rude remarks. I got angry and blasted him (although I knew his attitude) and he told me to cool down, he was just joking.
A few days later he said he got his, completed the campaign but couldn't play online and asked if I got mine and if it works online. I told him I got mine the day it was released and asked if his was pirated. He admitted it and this is where I blasted him again. I told him pirated copies can't connect to Battle.Net so multiplayer won't work. And I quote "This is me not talking big but next time, before you challenge someone, make sure you grow some balls first, don't be a cheapskate and get the original copy. When you've done that, you know where to find me."
Lesson to learn : Do not piss me off because I always have the last laugh and when I have it, you are gonna look real bad and stupid.

Ok, you guys have things like name.name.
When I want to add someone it is asking for an email address or charactername/code.
huh?

Email is the email you used to register the Battle.Net account. Character name is the name of your Battle.Net account and character code is the number ID for your character which can be found by moving your cursor over your profile picture.Rock-n-Roll wrote:Ok, you guys have things like name.name.
