This was a couple of weeks ago, and I belive the outcry came to the same conclusion and forced the school to stop acting like idiots. Not sure though.

The parent will have a good lawsuit.

It's called liability. If the school doesn't respond to a sexual harrassment claim, the school and the individual administrators are all open to law suits.

I just don't know which is the more pathetic part. Their knee-jerk reaction, or the incompetent stooge that thinks it's possible to be molested by a four-year-old.

My post was based on the topic, a "wild" guess before i had checked the link. Prejudice, you may think. Maybe... but more or less justified, 'cus this really doesnt happen often in other countries.

I don't see your nation as idiotic, just the legal system in some extent.

It isn't that it doesn't happen in other countries, as there are certainly legal hilarities posted in out of the way sites. Just watching Fox News short segments on what is happening around the world shows that these things happen.

The biggest difference is that if it happens in the US, it is reported to the news usually if it is weird enough it hits the national news wire feeds. Even if it is isn't picked up locally or nationally, the news is readily available and searchable by the world to find.

I would dare say that most countries are probably not as google-able as we are.

There's that but there's also the fact that your country is gigantic, and therefore as a union, takes the blame for all the retards that originate in it.

While it's true that retards are equally spread all over the globe, Europe for example is splintered, so you can hardly get a lot of people to pin stupidity on, over any given area.

When people say "Let me guess - America?" there are two things to deduce from that statement. One, if the person who said it thought that morons are only situated in the US, they aren't bright themselves, but it can also equally mean that they're good at simple math, considering the population and territory size credited to the indigenous people.

If it's the former, it's a mild form of racism and should be moderated, if it's the latter, it's on point. Since it's impossible to tell with 100% accuracy what the person meant, it can't be argued against until the assumptions are confirmed, and until that happens it can't be moderated against either.
