Location: Ul'dah, Steps of Nald [Kipih Jakkya - x8.5, y9.7]

Event will run from 08:00 Tue 16th April to 14:59 Mon 27th May (GMT)
The only requirements for participation are that your character is at least level 50 and has completed ARR it seems, which all of us have!

Admittedly this doesn't hugely interest me, as I'm not a fan of XV at all. I'll probably do it though just to see what these time limited events are like

Was pretty disappointed with XV myself tbh but I do like the look of the event items, especially the Regalia
