65+ mages, 70+ melees. They MIGHT make exceptions for DRK's if Hikura is interested. Basically the folks eligible are Winbrian, Aucia, BD and Hik.
If you are rank 6, and level 65+, zone into Xarcabard for a cutscene, then I think

Its good to see, you probably will die at least once (bring a RR Hairpin or Gorget), and its where you get AF2 amongst other things, though this group doeesn't let you lot on it if you cannot wear it (71+).
