Blatantly stolen from the net. Made this for the holidays. Full outside decorating from henceforth in 5 minutes - Stand up grinch, 1 set of lights. Total outside breakdown and storage - 5 minutes.
Figured I drop pics before I took it down.

I approve wholeheartedly! Inventive!

That's great
"My name is Ozymandias, King of Kings:
Look on my works, ye mighty, and despair!"
Nothing beside remains. Round the decay
Of that colossal wreck, boundless and bare,
The lone and level sands stretch far away.

Soz for late reply, busy week. I was an artist in my previous career. Ran an outline on 1/2" plyboard, cut with jigsaw, painted, outlined, and waterproofed. Probably a total investment of 5 hours or so. No pics of it at night as there was a bit too much reflection off the waterproofing and shots didn't come out too well.
It was great taking it down last week. I told my wife I was going to take down the decor and was back inside in about 8 minutes :)
